General Manager
Steve has a keen understanding of the landscape industry, as he started working at his dads company when he was only 11 years old. He also isn't afraid to go out and sweat with the guys to remind them he still knows how to "work".
Fun Fact: Can eat more tacos than an entire crew at lunch time.
Whitney Carreno
Office Manager
Whitney is one of the first people you will interact with here at Black Diamond Grounds. You can hear her smile over the phone and she is always happy to help with others needs. Whitney started her career in the multifamily industry where she worked for 8 years before being recruited to work with Black Diamond Grounds where she has continued to prove herself a valuable asset to the team.
Fun Fact: Spicy food gives her immediate hiccups.
Chandler Richmond
Senior Account Manager
The definition of a leader. Chandler is one all the guys can look up to and respect. He has an excellent eye for how a property should look and is great at helping his team see the same.
Inocente Nunez
Maintenance Team Lead
Not everybody loves what they do, but it is evident in the quality of his work. Inocente LOVES landscaping and does a great job at making the most out of any landscape project.
German Duque
Maintenance Team Lead
German likes to get an early start to the day. He is usually the first one to arrive at the shop in the morning and the first one at the jobsite.

With many years of experience, Jose is sure to do a great job at any one of our clients properties. He is one of the newest member of the Black Diamond Team but we feel lucky to have him on board.

Israel Alvarado
Irrigation Team Lead
Israel has a wide rage of skills that benefit us here at Black Diamond Grounds but spends most of his time as an Irrigation Team Lead. He has many years of experience in the field and can tackle the toughest irrigation projects; from new installs, to diagnosing and repairing existing systems.

Videographer and Graphic Design
We are super excited to welcome Chaz Gonzales to our team. He is very talented in video production, graphic design, and has and overall great eye for making things look cool.
